Hotsync error

When I try to do a hotsync with my 650 for the first time, I get the following message. Windows could not load the installer for {784126CD-4190-11D4-B5C2-00C04F687A67}. Contact your hardware vendor for assistance. Since I bought a refurbished phone, not sure who to get ahold of. Also windows recognizes that it is a Palm handheld, but then it give me the above message. I have downloaded the updated software from PalmOne. I don't know where to go nest. Any help would be great. Thanks

Never had this happen to me but it sounds like its a windows error loading the software. I would try to download palm software again to your pc.

Thanks Plunker. I deleated the software from my computer and reinstalled. It worked. I was able to hotsync to my phone. Thanks again.
