    Default HotSync Password Problem

    I am in IT and have a users older, slightly damaged 650P. There is information that I'm trying to get off of it though a hotsync, but it is asking me for a password. He gave me the password that he thought it was, but nothing. He does not know what it would be.

    Is there any way I can get the info off of it without the password?

    This is the only place it is stored. He was not proactive in backing it up.
