so i called VZW to add insurance to this NEW treo... but NO, they won't let me...because its been more than 15 days since i FIRST activated my old treo. how messed up is that? reasons like these are why i hate Verizon.
I agree with Maddogmike.... wait until your next bill and then call them. If you get a helpful CSR, I'm sure they'll be able to add it. You probably had a CSR who didn't want to go the extra mile to help a customer.

i finally have a working Treo, so i just need to figure out to USE all the cool features & applications that i read about on this board.....
