How Do I Retain My Catagories??

When I import my memos file into a new user account the data gets imported but I lose all of the catagories that my original data was sorted with. This is extremely inconvenient beacause I have over 1000 memos sorted by about a dozen catagories. :frown:

Is there anyway to save the catagories when importing Memo files into a new user account?

I was testing by setting up catagories on the treo to match outlook. It seems to work fine, but you are talking about importing files from one user to another. can you see the data in the different catagories on the old user? Maybe transfer (cut & paste) or import by catagory?

Don't have an old user account to test my theory.
