How Much Available Memory Do You Have?

I have 856K available. I have hardly any 3rd party apps, except for F1 2005 and Avantgo. I am gonna need to free up some space, eh?

I bought the Treo 700w for my wife and decided on the Starcom XV6700 for myself mainly due to the myth that Plam advertised that they had 64 megs of ram for programs. As a point of comparison with 3 times as much stuff loaded on the Starcom, I have 27 megs of available Program Ram and the Treo has 9.75Megs. I am afraid to attempt too much on the Treo as it has a tendecy to lock up when the memory gets below 3 megs and requires lots of attention to manually stopping apps. Palm needs to address this since their claims do not match the phone's performance. For the average user, the Treo700w just requires too much concern over computer geek stuff like memory management. Not all WM5 smart phone PDA's are like this.

PS- anyone who was at CES saw their demonstrators hang the 700w requiring a soft reset frequently throughout the show.
