Default How to do a hard reset???????????
I can't seem to get the treo to reset. I hold down the power button and push in the stylus and hold until the palm screen appears......then I get a grey palm screen and the treo is on. It never prompts me to erase data????

Am I mising something?

You have to hold the power buton a little longer. Hold it until the gray palm screen comes up.
