System Tools or Repair How to hotsync - everything works but screen!

My Treo 650 screen got broken. I can't find my cable (packing to move). Is there a way to Hotsync by Bluetooth without being able to see the screen? I'd like to backup my data before getting the screen fixed.

    Many, many thanks in advance!

Most likely not. You would need to open the Hotsync app on the Treo and change it from cable to Bluetooth.

    Question Corrosion?

I found my cable and managed to HotSync it. Even tried to hard reset before going to the Sprint store, but without being able to see the screen I'm not really sure if it did.

Unfortunately, the store wouldn't touch it because they said my phone got wet and was corroded. Their evidence was discolored contacts where the cable goes in.

The discoloration came off with the corner of a piece of paper!

Is this really corrosion? I know my phone never got wet. I've heard that other people have had this problem.

I'm not trying to get it fixed under warranty or with insurance. Why won't they take my money???
