Default How to turn it off?

How do i turn the 650 off? I left my wall charger in a motel and my battery is very low. I am trying to charge it through the USB, but every couple of minutes it lights up and beeps to tell me that the battery is very low! It is probably using up all the extra juice that the USB just gave it to do this so it will never charge. So how do I turn the thing off??

    Thanks!

If you have a normal sync cable, it won't charge. Certain cables do both, but the one that ships with the Treo is purely a sync cable.

You could turn off wireless services and power off. That's probably the least power consumption situation.

I found a few weeks ago, when I misplaced my s&c cable, that my Treo shipped with a power adapter that works just fine with the charger for my old Samsung phone. I'd left it in the box because I thought it was an audio adapter.

Just in case you didnt know, the treo never powers off. You can turn the phone off, but the PDA side always stays on. However if you turn the phone off it should last a long time before it dies. I have a buddy that turned his phone off and checked his battery after 2 weeks and he had only lost 25% of his battery life.

Thanks, I did not know that. But, at the end of the day, my USB cable has charged it up to 32% so all is well.
