I also had the same issue (no 3rd party apps). FORCED Sprint to send me a new, NOT REFURB. Speak to Tier II tech only. Don't take no for an answer if it is still under the manufacturer's warranty. Do NOT allow them to transfer you to Lockline as they will charge you $50 and send a refurb. On my third NEW T650

, all replaced FREE OF CHARGE by Sprint.
