First, download the Ringo trial to your desktop. It will, by default, put the app in your Palm quick install software so that when you perform a hotsync it will go to your Treo. Then you can use your mp3's on your SD card for your ringtones. One more step though, cuz I think that the trial is only good for about 7 days or so. Go into Ringo once on your Treo, hit trial and it lets you in. From there tap Ringo Ringtones at the top of the screen then "Import Tones", then select SD Card, select the song, then OK. I did that then checked in my "tones" under phone and along with all the default tones it had the one I added. I hope it stays there from this point forward. I hope this helps.

Is that a function that just puts your mp3s into your internal memory and registers them as ringtones? I think that that may already exist for free, if that's the case.

I think you might be correct. I just didn't find anything as clear when I was searching. Hopefully it will help others :laugh3:

what you did is pretty much what minitones does. But it is free.
