The other guys are right, though. High-speed SD cards are probably excessive. I don't recall the port speed of the SD slot, but I doubt it far exceeds the data transmission rate of a standard card. I went for a higher speed card just in case of need (can't very well upgrade a standard card) but for most Treo uses you won't experience that need. Standard-rate cards have become quite inexpensive, too.
Good luck.

My attitude is if its for a high end camera, the faster, the better. This is for utilizing burst modes, and video transfers. But for the Treo, any standard card is going to do fine . . now if I am looking at a Sandisk Ultra for bout the same $$$ as a standard, I will pay a little extra figuring I might utilize in other devices . . . .

My rationale exactly. And if I recall correctly, you found a turbo-sweet deal!

I still believe Circuit City made a mistake on that card! I never saw it advertised locally or online, and I looked online the next day! I haven't seen them that cheap since!
For those that missed it, I picked up a San Disk Ultra 2 gig card at my local circuit city a while back. It was $80 with TWO $20.00 rebates!!! Sweet Deal!!!
