I am experiencing an error message which advises:

"could not find a Palm desktop data file. After closing the message box you will need to open the Palm Desktop application adn then close it again before re-running the synchronisation".

I have of course done the above but still get the same mesage box when I synch.

I have installed Intellysynch from Digital River as my calendar and addresses are in Lotus Notes. Everything else is in good order upon synching
Any ideas?
