Internal Error

Hello Everyone

I was wondering if anyone could help me out..... I have a 650 on the rogers network in Vancouver B.C. and I am having problems receiving pictures...this is the error I get:

This message could not be retrieved. An Internal Error (0004100D) has occured. Please try again later..."

I have looked on the web, palm site and phoned Rogers direct....no one seems to know what the issue is.... I have NO problem sending pics just receiving them.

If you get the error when you are receiving or sending I think it would be Rodgers message. Push to talk to a tech guy there.
