Sending SMS is not an issue, cingular does a decent job with carriers in Europe. But MMS is a diff. still have issues

Hey Daddy O, I was in Italy and messaged a friend in USA (who, it turns out was in another part of Italy). I didn't have a problem, but It was going to Cingular and not from it.
