Sigh. I thought so. But good thing I asked before I invested in an expensive memory card. So I guess the next question becomes -- Is there anything that you can do to speed up the internet response time?

    Thanks for helping me out

You're welcome. In Blazer, you can go into preferences and turn off images. That should speed up download time a bit. Something else you could try if you have an unlimited data plan: Go to Prefs, Network, hit the Menu button, then go to Options, Preferences and make sure "Connect to the data network whenever the phone is powered on." is checked. This will reduce the delay of having to connect to your provider's data network when you start Blazer.
