Is my phone gone??

Hey,

I dropped my phone yesterday and ever since then, its been acting weird. Only a few of the keys are performing the right function.

For an example: when I hit the "home" button, the screen goes to the messaging screen. When I press the "volume up" button on the side, the phone just turns off?

I've already tried the hard reset....no luck. Is my phone gone? If so, what can I do?

Do you have insurance on the phone?

You might try running your finder over all the buttons on the treo or pressing all the buttons to see if any may be partially stuck.

I would ask your carrier to look at the phone and see what is wrong. I....would n't mention the drop unless the case is broke.
