right, me too, I am a program junkie. There is no order, you can install zLauncher any time; I highly recommend it.

    Hi:

It has been awhile for me, but I think a back-up app would be an excellent first choice to purchase and install. I believe that is also good to install first so it can monitor programs installed after.

Again it has been awhile and I certainly could be wrong. I am often!!

Hey Steve, don't be so hard on yourself, even though you are a guy.............. It would be a good idea to install a backup program early on, I personally use Resco Backup, but I believe that NVBackup might be a free app. Then set it up to do a nightly backup automatically, say at around 1 or 2am. Then you will always have a current copy of things, as you install new stuff. Great idea Steve!

If you are starting brand new or starting over, the first application to consider is a good application installation monitoring application - take a look at http://www.northglide.com/. After that, a good device based backup application such as NVBackup (free) or Resco Backup (not free) and then do the 3rd party application launcher (ZLauncher, Initiate are excellent applications). Used properly, these applications really make life easier. The other applications you may decide to install may be important, but these are really the ones to get you going strong.

I use the Northglide apps Uninstall and Cleanup, both excellent and they monitor everything you install for complete and easy uninstalling. But I put the FREE app Destaller Lite 3.3 on my husband's 650 and it works really well and very similar to the Uninstall by Northglide : click here.

It does and what it does lack though is the excellent support from Northglide and that is the reason I have his applications installed on the 700P and 2 Centros.
