    Default JPEG Size on Treo to fit screen?

    What size do I need to re-size a JPEG to fit on my screen? I've got a "banner" that I'd like to get on my Treo...but it cuts it off on both sides. My regular pictures work just fine...but this picture does not...what can I do?
