Default Just got my new 650

wow wow wow wow is alll i can say as of this moment. i have upped the apps i had on my old palm and let me say wow again. it carries all of the old palm files such as intelligolf (and you golfers know about this one) it allows me to record my scores while playing on a virtual scorecard of the course that was downloaded from their website. and then we can talk about TCPMP i can watch a full blown dvd ( reencoded of course) on this thing with no jumpiness ar anything. i was a diehard dell axim user until monday when i was told by dell that i had bought it and would have to live with the updates when and if they felt like releasing them and there was nothing i could do about it. wrong i sold the piece of junk and will never purchase dell again. so here i am a reformed ppc user and happy as a lark about it. and i will try anything on here so dont be afraid to ask me to test somethign out cause i sure will.... enough for now. more to come later .

Sounds like you might have uploaded all of the info directly via HotSync to your 650. If you run into any issues with resetting, make sure that you do a hard reset and then install apps back one HotSync at a time.

Other than that, happy 650 trails and enjoy

Was your old Palm an OS5 device? If so, you probably won't have any software issues.
Re: Intelligolf... I was looking at Intelligolf. I use a freeware app called GolfScore right now. Since I don't have a GPS unit yet, and I highly doubt that they have any of the local courses in their database (can't check without registering), I'll hold off on giving them my money.
