    A conflict with something else, maybe? Did you have any other ringtone managers installed previously? A volume app, like volumeCare? Any Butler-like app?

    Ok. Here you go. This is why I should be in tech support. The version of Lightwav Pro listed on Palms site is an older version. It does not include this file: lightwavlib.prc

    If you have Lightwav and your seeing the same thing, go to there site: www.toysoft.ca

    Download their software. You'll see that it does include that file. YOU HAVE TO USE this file under preferences in Lightwav for the software to work while in offline mode.

    Another tragedy averted!
