Question Lightwav Pro not working when phone's screen is off.

I’m having some problems with Lightwav Pro. I’ve set everything up (I think) the right way. My MP3’s play on incoming calls however!, my phone does not ring at all if the screen is off at the time of the incoming call. What am I doing wrong?

Is LightWav Pro installed in RAM or on an SD card? Do you have any special locking or keyguard software installed?

The software is loaded on the TReo and not the SD card. The regular keylock is on.

So, when the screen is off you can see the call come through, but you don't get any ringing at all?

The screen comes on and I see caller ID but the ringtone doesn't work.

I guess one possibility is that the Treo isn't able to read the SD card to play the ringtone. Do you ever run into a problem with the SD card not being recognized? This is assuming that's where you're storing your ringtones?

No. The mp3's are not on my SD card. They reside on the treo itself.

I'm out of ideas. Maybe it's a bug in LightWav. Are you using the latest version?

Yes. It's installed on Ram. I just don't understand this problem. The screen comes on when the call is coming in. No sound. I've got the latest version. I don't know!!!
