That's part of the problem I can't remember where I bought it through and there is no support at zztechs.
I did a quick look up and didn't find your address. I'd suggest checking your credit card statements. From there, you'll know who to contact. They should be able to assist you.

Thanks all for your help! I found it! I had it printed out but had lost the paper and it finally appeared. By the way I did email the guys at ztech and they sent me a code but not the one I used so I don't know if it wold have worked anyway even had only part of my hot sync name. All's well I 'm back in business. Thanks again for your replies!
