I recently purchased a new Treo 650 from Sprint because it combined the functions of the Palm V that I have with the cell phone that I also carry. After reading the specs on the the Treo 650 it sounded great. Many of the programs that I used on the Palm V were loaded onto the new Treo. I regularily use a mobile PDR and was in the process of loading it on the Treo when it seemed to go into a constant loop and would not stop. I called the Sprint support  and was told how to do a soft reset and did that even though it was a bit combersome. The support told me that there was a problem with the third party program  and that I couldn't use it on this Treo 650. It sounded like BS to me so I went into the Treo the memory was full and so I deleated some of the less important programs that I really don't use regularily and then reloaded the mobile PDR. It loaded fine and works fine. Has anyone else had memory problems with the new Treo 650? I've read on the net that the 650 assigns memory differently than the 600 and that's why the battery can be removed from the 650 and not loose data. I'm upset that I was not made aware of this and am thinking of returning the Treo 650 to Sprint or asking for a free memory upgrade. Thanks

for any info. JIMBO
