From the launcher screen, hit the menu button and select "info". It can show you how much is available on the phone/card.

I haven't actually used FileZ since about two weeks after I got my Treo, but many users here love it. I use Zlauncher, which has a file manager as part of it. According to most reports here, FileZ is very user-friendly. I'd imagine you shouldn't have too much trouble. If you do, post and I'm sure someone will help you out quickly. One thing about this forum as opposed to most others, there are lots of friendly and helpful people.

First of all, I am on my way out the door, but wanted to respond . .
Open up one of your accounts and select Edit . . From the edit screen, select Delivery.
At the very bottom select, store new messages on card. You will need to do this for each account you have configured. If you have not done this, all the email that you have in your chatter is being stored on the device and not the card.
As far as expunge goes, if you have IMAP configured for those accounts, it will expunge on all of my accounts on three different servers in a matter of seconds. POP3 accounts will not expunge until the next scheduled time to get.
I am moving my daughter this evening, but if this doesn't get it, PM me, and I will help you get them where they need to reside . . . .

Thanks to both of you for your responses. I finally got Chatter to get rid of those emails, but I think I was dealing with a glitch of some sort. I actually tried everything from the chattermail menu and nothing worked. I then went to get update, which it did, and then the whole Treo reset and deleted the emails. Kind of a round about process, but at least I am back up and running. Stillrockin, I followed your advice re delivery and storing on card--will this affect the accessibility of the messages at all? I am hoping not. Once again thanks for all the advice.
