Default Might break my Treo today

So I finally made the switch to Snapper Mail from VersaMail.

My only problem is that the damn thing resets it self every 5min now.

I just installed the 1.04 update and it's still doing it.

please help me, before I do something bad to my Treo.

After the next crash, enter the following:
    #*#377 on the dialpad.

This will provide more information on what's causing the
issue which will help with troubleshooting.

I've seen references to a tool called DBCache Tool which some have reported fixes stability issues by flushing cache.

You may also want to make sure that for VersaMail that you do not have any left over emails left in the Saved, Inbox, Sent, or Outbox folders as they may also cause an issue.

I suggest using FileZ and deleting every file associated with or created my Versamail. This solved some major instability issues for me.

I just installed FileZ and I dont see any files from VersaMail. I'm gonna try sending an email to snapper mail support. Hopefully I can get some answers.

    Thanks

The files from VersaMail usually start with MM (meaning MultiMail which was its previous name). Most of those file sshuold be safe to delete. Look for MMCache with the numbers behind them. Unfortunately this is the hard and effecitve way to quell issues with VersaMail.

OK... I kinda have the same problem too. I had snappermail (E) installed, and my phone would crash every like 20 min. So I figured I would delete the program to see if it was that... Well it wasn’t. Now even without it and after doing a full hard reset it still crashes. Here is the crash code:

Memortmgr.c, Line 3752, NULL handle..... at the top it says the program that crashed was "phone"

Any ideas??? All my contacts and calendar are loaded via companion link from Act.

    Please help!
