Missing Localization Information

This one has me stumped! My new Treo doesn't show any kind of gallery in photos. And it won't let me add them from the Palm Desktop. I do a sync and go to photos, and it tell me:
"The application cannot be launched because it is missing localization information. What is local? The desktop, or the palm?

Its the same thing with the camera.

If I send everything to the card, the card shows the files on them. . . .

Been through the manual and through the knowledge base here, and can't find anything.


Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong?

OK, it seems that although I thought I deleted all the info from my Palm T3, there were some settings retained. . . The clue should have been when I went to sync the 1st time, and my old profile appeared. . . . . And it seems that it tried to install some stuff that wasn't compatible with the treo. The old photo album being one of them. I started again clean. New profile, hard reset. . .

YEEHHHAAAAA!!!!! Oh the joys of a new device!!!!!!
