Most aps don't work on used Treo 650

I acquired a used treo 650. I have a Zire as well so I know how to navigate in a palm. But.....with the 650, ZLauncher asks for a code and most aps installed get a "File was not found at the specified location." If I look at the directory, I can see the files with file sizes listed. Have I corrupted something---and is there a way to restore what is in the Treo?

The code is consistent and is VFS 2A08.

It is an error code related to ZLauncher. It is expecting to find the file at the specified location and it is not there. The best thing to do is to gather together all of the apps you want, making sure they are the latest releases, also get together the registration codes and then...

uninstall ZLauncher in the appropriate manner (there really is a way to uninstall it) and then execute a soft reset and then reinstall ZLauncher and after that, install the applications again.
