Moving files from Palm to SD Card

Hey guys...I've installed some software on my pc that will automatically put it on my palm but as a lot of you know when it does that it'll put it on the palm and i really want it on my card...how do i move programs from the palm to the card??? thanks guys and again this is the best message board for good info! thanks...
