Moving Pics from Mail to Camera

Hi,
I have many photos in my email that I'd like to move to a file on my SD card. How do I do this?

If you have a card reader, insert your card, open the email and save the files directly to the card. If not, open the email, save the files to your computer, then drag and drop them into the QuickInstall (to the card, on the bottom), and perform a HotSync.

Yea I wish you could just save it directly from the E-mail, like you can from a MMS.

Ughhh Oh well more unnecessary work!
