    Default MP3 killing the battery?

If I'm walking around listening to the MP3 player, does it eat the battery quickly? I mean, having the player working then I get a phone call. You know?

I wouldn't think so, but I havn't tried it 'out in the field' so to speak.

If you can somehow turn the screen off while the music is playing, then I'd think it would not be too much of a drain.
Granted, it will still be more of a drain then if you were not listening to MP3s, but hey whatever.

Anyone else out there that can comment on the battery life difference when listening to music?
