MP3 ring tone from SD Card

If this has been posted before, I apologize in advance.

But I have 2 questions.

1. How do I make a 40 second MP3 audio clip that's saved to my SD card as my ringtone for my 650. (Cingular GSM). The only way my treo recognizes it is from REAL player audio player.

2. How do I send that same 40 second MP3 Clip from my SD card on my treo to my RAZR?

Re. Q1. You need a ringtone manager. I use Ringo; others use mRing or Lightwav. Do a search and you'll find a lot of discussion on it.
