Is this unique to Ringo? I use mRing and didn't need to do this...

I set my default ringers (known caller tone, Unknown caller tone, roaming tone, voicemail tone, and service tone) to "No Sound". I still get the "Playful" ring tone at the same time as my Monday Night Football MP3. My device obviously has the "Playful" ringtone set somewhere else. Where else can I look to shut that ringer off so I just hear the MNF MP3?

I neglected to mention that I do have the Trial Version of Ringo.

on the main screen you have some pre set keys(Blue?) the first is usually contacts. You may have set up favorites for certain contacts to assign ringers or pics to them when they call you.

If you have set them up they will ring with whatever ringer you have assigned them or they will use your default ringer.

To see them or edit them just scroll or select the page of the favorite and highlight the one you wish to edit/view, select menu edit favorites buttons and you can view that one contact.

I think there's something wrong with the settings or installation. I use Ringo and don't need to do anything like this.

I'm guessing this is somehow the problem; or else there is another program that is interfering. Contact support at Electric Pocket. I have gotten fast and good responses from them.

Thanks Christopher. I'll contact their support.

Maybe I am having a problem with the trial version I have installed?

Plunker: On which main screen am I to start?
