my 650 with a H700? - Treo Forums

Does the Motorola Bluetooth H700 work on my Treo 650? I just ordered one yesterday without knowing if it works on my 650 or not. I can into work today and a buddy has one he got this weekend and I tried it but it isn't working, how do I get it to work with my Treo? I went to the Bluetooth turned it on and Device Name says my name (first and last name), Discoverable says no and Dial-up Networking says off. When I go into the Setup Devices and click Handfree Setup and click next to search, it doesn't find any handsfree device. What am I doing wrong?

I've read a lot of reviews indicating problems with the 650 and the H700. You might want to check out the Reviews and User Reviews sections of ET for more information on which headsets generally perform well with the 650.

I just want to know if it works with my 650 cause if it doesn't I'm stuck with it.

Well, I just reread your first post. Did you put the H700 into pairing mode? If it's not in pairing mode, then the Treo won't be able to find it.
As for being stuck with the headset, can't you just return it?
