Default My Treo 650 can't start the phone

I don't why my treo 650 can't start the phone. The pda is okay. But, when I click the red color phone icon to start the phone, it will search for a while and then it reboot itself. I tried many times but same thing happen.

This happen after I change swap another phone card into it.

I went to try hard reset but after it reboot and while my finger still pressing the key down navigation button, the screen just keep blinking and I can't even see anything for hard reset.

Anyone encounter this problem before? I think my phone is getting worse and worse now.

I went back home and swap my phone card to that phone again and after that I put the phone card back to my phone and thank God, I can switch on my phone in my treo again. Don't know why.

What I think is the phone I borrow to use my phone card is a Nokia phone and it has delivered notification for the sms I have sent. But treo can't able to receive that kind of delivered notification.

At first, my treo says I have sms and ask if I want to save it to my phone or not. At first I say yes and it started to crash since then.

The second time, after I swap phone, I receive the same question but this time I said no and it works since then.

Yes, from my reading SIM cards can be nasty guys to deal with. When I was Nexteling (5 phones on the Nextel account), I had one phone that just gave us problems; changing the card made it happy.

I am not sure if the sim card is the problem. But, what I think is, if I use my sim card in Nokia phone and send sms from there, I will receive a delivered notification (which treo doesn't have this delivered notification). So, when I put back my sim card to treo, the telco is sending me that delivered notification but unable, and I believe this is what cause the crash.
