My Treo 650 wont wake up???

Hello all,
I happened to upgrade to this phone and love it!

I do have a slight "issue" that I cant seem to figure out. Is there a possiblity that where I live may cause the Treo to "sleep" and not be able to wake up unless I remove the battery and put it back in?

I read and searched the forums and found some one post a thread almost close to mine but that member called it "frozen" which is I guess what mine does because none of the buttons initiate anything.

I have ZERO apps in it and have had it for 2 days now.

Also this is a re-furbished Treo ( at least I think it is ) Sprint sent it to me as a replacement.

This is annoying because anywhere else I am the phone works flawlless.

Hope to be of some help here and any support is greatly appreciated.

Never mind................

I had the treo serviced by sprint and it is working great now.
