My Treo has Photo Issues

I am a newbie Treo 650 user that used to have a Palm and a phone, now it's all in one.
I have two photo issues that I can't resolve.
1. Photo-Foto gives a Launch Error "The application cannot be launche because it is missing localization information". What is that and how do I fix?
2. On my camera when I click to view pictures I get Error "This application is designed to only run on Palm handheld. How do I fix that?
I need help... please.

It sounds as if you made the same mistake I did . . . You used your old user profile when you went to sync your Treo. The old software loaded older versions of software on. If on your Treo, you are seeing photos or fotos, I am almost sure this is what has happened.

The fix? Hard reset, use a new username, and then go to your old profile, and pull in just the apps you need. Hope this helps . . .
