My Treo is Defective
:sad: So a "new" treo is being sent to me via ups. Long story short, the phone is stuck in the headset mode, meaning I can't hear a thing out of the handset speakers. When I took it to the Verizon store to ascertain the problem, the tech confirmed what I suspected—It was a defect and would have to be replaced.
I'm loving my treo, too. I hate that I have to wait a few days for a new one. Oh well.

Verizon strikes again. I ordered my replacement on Wednesday. So why did I call for the UPS tracking number and Verizon tells me my order wasn't placed and blamed it on a computer error. If I'm lucky I'll get it before Wednesday since Thursday is Turkey Day and all. Jeez.
