Need email that can view sub folders

Hey- For my company email, I have an inbox, and a number of subfolders that filters my emails to each folder (ie Bob Smith). I've tried Versamail and Cingular's Xpressmail and neither will view the subfolders.

Anybody have a recommendation?

Are you using IMAP? Then try ChatterEmail.

For my personal email it's POP, for my company email it's through MS Exchange Server. What's IMAP?

IMAP is an alternative to POP that allows folders such as you described. I know nothing about MS exchange server, i.e. whether it can use IMAP. Perhaps you could ask the software developer, Marc Blank, at the ChatterEmail forum, whether Chatter could do what you want.

I just got off the phone w/ my company's tech support. They said I need an email software that has "Exchange Active Sync", not IMAP.


Any suggestions?

I'm not familar with Exchange server, as I use a Mac.

you got versa mail to organize mail in folders. Can you tell me how?

I didn't explain correctly-

I got Versamail to work via MS Exchange but I spoke w/ Palm Tech Support and they said Versamail is limited to only view the Inbox and not any custom folders.
