Default NEED HELP - 650 resets automatically

    hi teezee/chichi/helpers out there.
please help me to solve the problem if u happen to see my post.

i tried pressing ##337# while phone resets but nothing happened as what teezee suggested. i am puzzled with the unit resets whenever i try to delete messages with chat icon displayed and when somebody sends sms as well. i really appreciate your help to solving this problem immediately.

    tq

That reset code will not work for all carriers. For cingular, its #*377, and it needs to be typed in immediatly following a reset. So am I to understand that the resets are happening with the Treo SMS feature and not a 3rd party application? Also, if you recently installed a new application, you might want to delete it from your Treo.

I put in that code after a reset and it didn't do anything for me...#*377#. I'd like to figure out what's going on with my resets. It's beginning to get frustrating...it always resets as I am using my Agendus program and a few others. Thanks!

Strange. It should work with most GSM phones, especially Cingular. Make sure you don't put int the # at the end as you've indicated in your reply.

    Go into Phone app.

#*377 then tap the Dial button.

If you are on Cingular, make sure you are typing #*377 . . . Type it in, hit dial . . If Agendus is causing the problem, it will say something along the lines of:
A reset was caused on 9/10/06 at 7:10 AM while running "Agendus"

It might also include an error code that doesn't make any sense at least to me, or it might say Fatal Exception . . One other word of caution: Just because it says that maybe "Agendus" caused the reset, doesn't necessarily mean it was agendus. It could be that something is not playing nice with Agendus.
