Need help on Hotsync with Tablet XP

I recently purchased a 10th Anniversary edition Black Tie Treo. I love the phone.

I have a Fujitsu Tablet XP and had tried to install the palm desktop. Well, everything seems to be fine and it sync with my Treo just fine. After I restart my computer, I am not able to sync my Treo again. I have to uninstall the Palm dektop and re-install it in order for it to work.(it will happen again if I turn off or restart my computer) I have no idea what is wrong with it.

I have google the topic and couldn't find any answer. I was wondering if anyone on this forum is having the same problem as I am. Any solutions?

Out of curiosity, when you restart is the HotSync running in the system tray?
