Need HELP ( Video recorder Has no sound)

Help whenever I take vidoes using the phone and watch the clip...it doesnt have any sound.. please help:frown:

I assume that you checked the volume settings on your treo.

On my camcorder, menu there is a setting for mic on/off You might check that. Do you have no volume on the clip played in the treo but it does play on your computer? Or just no sound on the treo?

I sent the video and its had sound. And by the way i checked the Pref. and the mircophone was on.

yeah thats the thing when i call, it can ring and it uses the speaker of the treo but when it takes videos there's no sound

So the video when played on the treo has no sound. If you play the clip on a pc or other device it has sound?

Just checked my video recorder (don't use it much). On the bottom where the icons are the one furthest on the right is a volume control. Icon is there after you record and are playing back.Have you checked to see if that is turned up?

Might do the old soft reset if this is not the solution.

have you used headphones in your treo there is a known missue of headphones and the jeack and sometimes when you take the headphones out of the jack the jacvk still "thinks" that the headphones are still in and so nothing comes out of the speaker.
