 |  **NEED: PalmOne Media Desktop App Hello everyone, I need the Media Desktop app that is found on the original software. I need to move some pics and videos from the Treo to my comp. I do not have the original software, nor do i have card reader, or bluetooth, or email or anything else...i strictly need the software or patch. Where can I find this? Thanks  |

|  Desktop App. This download will be found on the Palm.com website by using the following link: http://www.palm.com/us/support/downl...n_desktop.html Simply select the device model and then your OS for your PC or laptop. *NOTE: This is for the desktop software only and will not include the "bonus software and other extras" found on the original CD which accompanied the device. | The media desktop is not available as a download. A better solution though is a card reader, much faster and easier to manipulate. Ben

| The only way to get the media option is from an original disk. I would think your options would be limited to finding someone selling a disk for your carrier on eBay or the like. If you are going to buy that, purchasing a card reader might be a more versatile purchase. SteveTaz

| What I was thinking about doing was uninstalling the current Palm software that I got from palm.com, then downloading a copy of the original cd, that I found on another forum. The original CD has all the ''features'', so that should do the trick, right? Thanks guys, -FS |

| Yes if the cd has what you want it should work. Make sure the software is for the 650 or will work with the 650 and your carrier. I think the only cd software with media is sprint. Or at least no one has posted another carriers installation disk that has media.
