Neuros MPEG4 recorder and TCPMP

I do not have a TV tuner card for my PC. I was looking at the Neuros MPEG4 recorder for the purpose of recording TV to an SD card and then playing it on my Treo 650 through TCPMP. I was wondering if anyone was currently using the Neuros device and what their experiences were with transfering the video to TCPMP.

The Neuros device would also allow me to view recorded TV on the TV. Since I don't have a DVD recorder and have tossed my VCR years ago, this device would serve several usable functions for me.

Any experience/suggestions using this device with TCPMP would be much appreciated.
