    Default New Guy here

I must say that I am glad that I found this boar. I just purchased my 650 and I am switching over from my windows device to the palm. I am really confused about the palm setup and I really need help. I got the treo because my company software only supports palm. So where do I start? I had my email delivered to my last device and now thats not working m I doing something wrong. My email works when I sync but not wirelessly. My other question is do Pocketpc files work on the treo? My phone is unlocked so I can use it with tmo can I surf the web with tmo? Any and all help is appreciated. Thanx in advance for your support.

pocketpc files like word or excel can be viewed and edited if you have docs to go on the treo. That program is on the installation disk that comes in the box when you buy a new one from the store If you dont have the cd you can probably find one on ebay under cell phones accessories. You can set up versamail to go online and get your email If you go to palm.com you can find the getting started and setting up your treo and it can guide you through the settings for tmo or whoever but you need to have a data plan or you cant use the web. check back if you have more questions or need more help.
