    Default New to the 650....

I was wondering if I want an application not from the cd do I have to have the memory stick to be able to apply the application to my phone? Also, I did some searching and was sure about it but...was wondering what is the best money manager app. Thanks in advance.

    Hello sprintster,

This is Kevin from Palm. You do not need an SD card to install third-party applications. The Palm Knowledge Library article "Installing third-party applications on your device" may be of help. It shows a number of ways to install software.
I think some others here may be able to make recommendations on money management software.

    Sincerely
    Kevin

    Hey there,

I've heard good things about Quicken for Palm OS.
Personally, I don't use a money manager, but there may be others that have personal experience with some specific apps out there.

    Fellow "Sprintster"

You'll end up buying a memory card faster than you imagine, once you know what this baby can do! I just wanted it for email, cell, and IM'ing my kids... now I have 3 cd's on my 1st memory card with many more planned. Its fantastic for hours spent in airports!

I'm too paranoid to want my finances on my palm, but have been using Microsoft Money for YEARS at home! Don't think I could balance a checkbook by hand if I had to now...

The next addition is a navigator like "TomTom"... or other.

    Have fun!
