New to Treo 650 - Questions

Howdie, I just bought a Verizon Treo 650... am in the middle of my 2 year contract with Verizon, (with a family plan) so switching carriers was not an option.... although, I am shocked at the differences in data plans from vz to Sprint. That could REALLY add up! I can only hope that Vz will lower the rates for data.

I have not enabled a data plan for now and will try to stay away from those features for now. Hoping Vz will come to their senses, and if not, hoping to transfer my phone over to Sprint at some point. (is this possible? I know that people have taken sprint phones and modded them for Vz, so am assuming it can go the other way, too)

Anyway... I hve an existing SD card from my video camera that I just stuck in my phone, and I don't know how to access it. The device "sees" the card (I can click on "card info" and it shows the info on the card) but I don't know how to see the data on the card. It had some movies on it from my camcorder... How do I tell it to save pictures I take onto the card?
