It all depends on what you're looking for.. MP3 player, ringtone manager, more robust calendar, interface enhancements. It's really endless...

How do I get like AOL instant messenger and Yahoo instant messenger on my phone?
Check out our Instant Messenger Roundup. With any of these programs, you can run multiple IM programs. We failed to include Mundu, so include that in your list of programs to also consider. All are available as a free trial, so start with one and just trial until you find one that meets your needs. I don't currently have it installed, but my experience with VeriChat was a positive one.

    Chris you're awesome!!

Basically I just want to have the mp3 and a few IM programs on there!! With it coming with Real Player standard on there, couldnt you just use a SD card and download the songs on there?? Wouldnt that be a way around paying for a software?

    Hello supamanning18,

This is Kevin from Palm. Indeed, you can load mp3s onto an SD card and listen to them in RealPlayer, no problem. Some folks just prefer other mp3 players for more robust features.

Congratulations on your new Treo, I'm certain you'll enjoy it. Keep EverythingTreo bookmarked, it's a great resource. The Palm Support pages for your Cingular Treo 650 are another excellent resource. You can register your device there to keep up to date on offers and discounts, as well as find manuals, FAQs, tips & tricks and the Knowledge Library.

    Enjoy!
    Kevin
