    Default New user problem w/ Outlook 2002 Synch

    I just got my 650 today and have been trying to synch w/ Outlook 2002, even spent 30 minutes on the phone w/ Palm Tech support only to have them tell me my Outlook is corrupt and I need Microsoft to re-configure it to be able to synch my Outlook. Has anyone else had this problem, and can anyone give me some suggestions on reconfiguring Outlook w/out having to spend an hour w/ an Outlook technician?

    please tell us the exact problems and errors you encountered..have you tried warm resetting your treo and re-installing Palm Desktop?
