I bought a refurbished treo on ebay and got it a few days ago. I have been having some issues when my battery power gets to about 75% the screen won't light up anymore. The LED light still blinks, but I cannot get the phone to do anything until I remove the battery and put it back in. Then everything works fine until the light goes out again. The only way it seems to work again is after I charge it. Does this sound like a battery problem, or a defective phone?

Did you do a ahrd reset on the treo when you got it? This clears all or most of the information off the phone. If this does not fix it I would try a different battery, maybe a different charger. To see if that helps.
