 |  New user still ahve problems with audio quality Hi.. I have read many OLDER threads regarding the audio quality of the 650. Mine is brand new with the latest software updates for Sprint 1.12a. I am experiencing the same choppiness in sound from the built-in speakers as others had written about six or so months ago. Is this still an issue, or do I have a product that is not functioning ? Thanks to all, this is a great site. |

| resolution Well I visited the Sprint store and asked that my phone be tested. They replaced it immediately. Audio is now normal. Thank you Sprint for acknowledging a problem and rectifying it forthwith!  |
